Use

In this Customizing activity, you check the cumulation wage types that are required to create the income report in accordance with the Equal Treatment Act (§11a GlBG). These can be the cumulation wage types in the standard system or the cumulation wage types that you modified.

Requirements

Standard settings

The standard system contains cumulation wage types for the following remuneration elements in subapplication EKSA:

  • Monthly wage (cumulation wage type SAPM)
    The cumulation wage type SAPM is only evaluated if you specify the Basic Pay infotype as the data source in report RPCEKSA0.
  • Regular salary (cumulation wage type SAPL)
    The cumulation wage type SAPL is only evaluated if you specify a simulation result or a payroll result as the data source in report RPCEKSA0.
  • Special payment twice a year (cumulation wage type SAPS)
  • Non-recurring payment (cumulation wage type SAPZ)

Activities

  1. Enter the following values:
    • Country grouping: 03 (Austria)
    • Subapplication: EKSA
  2. Check the wage types assigned to the SAP cumulation wage types.
    If you change the wage type or wage types for cumulation wage type SAPL, you also need to adjust the projection wage type in table T5AGR. You make these settings in the Customizing activity Specify Wage Types for Projection.
  3. If you want to take other remuneration elements into account, also adjust the relevant cumulation wage types required (0K01 to 0K30) accordingly.

    Note: You then also need to implement the BAdIs HRPAYAT_RPCEKSA0_02 and HRPAYAT_RPCEKSA0_01.
