Requirements

You have set up an optical archive.

Standard settings

For statements, object type CERTIFPAYD and document type HROBWFORM are defined.

Recommendation

Activities

You make the following Customizing settings in Customizing under:

Basis -> Basis Services -> SAP ArchiveLink -> Basic Settings -> Edit Links. For more information, see the documentation stored there.

1. Assign your archive system to statements.

Further notes

If you do not use an optical archive and only want to store small volumes of data, you can also use the SAP CONTENT SERVER to do this.
