Use

In this Customizing activity, you define the assignment of standard texts to forms.

In SAPscript forms, window areas are defined, in which the specified standard texts are included. The window areas are:

  • Sender
  • Address
  • Logo
  • Header text
  • Footer text
  • Signature

In the standard SAP system, the form output contains all the necessary information. Create customer-specific standard texts and enter them here only if you want to add to or change these.

Standard settings

The form areas Sender and Address are predefined.

The form areas Header, Footer, Logo, and Signature are empty by default.

Activities

Assignment of standard texts to forms:

  • Choose the SAPscript form you require.
  • If you want to include a header line, a footer line, or a logo, you must create a customer-specific standard text and then specify it under the relevant point. The same applies if you want to change one of the predefined form areas. You can also scan in a handwritten signature in the Signature form area.
