A SAPscript form, which defines the layout of the statement, is assigned to each statement. The SAPscript form contains a series of areas that are called each time a statement is created.

Standard settings

The form areas Sender and Address already contain a minimum output that is derived from various tables. The form areas Header, Footer, Logo, and Signature are empty by default.

Activities

  1. You can change the standard text elements specified.
  2. You can also create completely new standard texts and include these in the statement.
  3. Furthermore, you can scan in a handwritten signature.

Further notes

If you make any changes to the standard texts provided or create your own standard texts, you have to assign these standard texts to the statement concerned in Customizing for Set Up Statement Parameters under Assign Standard Texts.
