Use

You can pay out pay in lieu of notice both when an employee leaves and after they leave. Pay in lieu of notice must always be calculated before any payment in lieu of unused leave, according to SI requirements.

To activate the processing of pay in lieu of notice and the inclusion of SI periods for payments in lieu of unused leave, you need to make the relevant settings in Customizing for Payroll (PY-AT) under Payments After Leaving.
