Use

In this activity, you check the settings for personnel actions.

This check must be carried out to ensure that the absence quotas can be entered correctly in customer-specific personnel actions in the event of an employee leaving.

The prerequisite for this is that the Absence Quotas (2006) infotype is called in the personnel action before the Payments Upon Leaving (0527) infotype. This ensures that any leave in the quotas for the active period prior to the employee leaving is factored accordingly (if the employee leaves in March, leave for January and February only), so that the remaining quotas are taken as the basis for the calculation of the payment in lieu of unused leave.

  2. In the info groups, check whether the settings for the personnel actions for leaving with regard to infotypes 0527 and 2006 are in the correct order.
