Use

In this Customizing activity, you specify the leaving reasons that result in no penalty payment being made to an employee when they leave.

The system consequently displays an error message in the Payments Upon Leaving (0527) infotype when a penalty amount is nonetheless entered.

Activities

  1. Call the activity.
  2. In feature AVMAR (Error Reasons for Penalty Upon Leaving), specify the leaving reasons for which an error message is to be displayed.
  3. In each case, assign the relevant return value.
    A return value <space> results in no error message being displayed, while 'X' as a return value generates the error.
  4. Save your entries.
