Use
In this Customizing activity, you make the settings required for deducting leave quotas where the remaining leave is remunerated in the form of payment in lieu of unused leave in the Payments Upon Leaving infotype.
To enable the remaining leave to be deducted, a dynamic action is called for the Time Quota Compensation (0416) infotype when the Payments Upon Leaving (0527) infotype is created.
To this end, the dynamic action must be adapted for the Payments Upon Leaving 0527 infotype.
Activities
- Call the activity. In the dialog box, enter 0527 in the Infotype field.
- Copy the sample entries from client 000 to the customer-specific client.
- Adapt the specifications of the dynamic action to meet your requirements in accordance with the example below. Make sure that the compensation method that is assigned to your absence quotas is entered for the subtype of the Time Quota Compensation (0416) infotype.
