Use
In this Customizing activity, you make the settings required to enable the automatic calculation of statutory severance pay.
The way in which the statutory severance pay is calculated automatically depends on how the number of monthly salaries to which the employee is entitled is derived from the duration of the work relationship and how this is terminated.
The amount of statutory severance pay to which the employee is entitled depends on the reason why the work relationship was terminated. Below are some examples:
Entitlement to statutory severance pay where After a minimum period of Half/full entitlement
Termination by employer 3 years Full
Justified early departure 3 years Full
Justified dismissal, no misconduct on part of EE 3 years Full
Unjustified dismissal 3 years Full
End of temporary work relationship 3 years Full
Mutual decision 3 years Full
