Use

In this activity you can specify which remuneration will be used as a basis for calculating the monthly limit for Income Tax deductions.

The system calculates this in function Income Tax Calculation ( ARIMP).

Requirements

Standard settings

In the SAP standard implementation the system uses the gross remuneration as the basis for performing this calculation.

Activities

  • If you wish that the system uses the gross remuneration as calculation basis, you do not have to carry out any activity.
  • If you wish that the system discounts the Social Insurance contributions from the gross remuneration in the calculation basis, you have to run this activity and change the value of the configuration setting Remuneration for deduction limit (LIRIR) to 1.
  • If you wish that the system discounts the ART contributions from the gross remuneration in the calculation basis, you have to run this activity and change the value of the configuration setting Discount ART contributions from Income Tax (IGART) to 1.
