Use
In this Customizing activity, you define the behavior that the Generation of annual income tax declarations - Version 36 (HARCDGI0) report must have if the value of the Welfare Fund Remuneration field in the report output is zero.
The AFIP rejects files with the value zero in this field. However, it may be the case that you generate a correct file with the value zero in this field in the following scenario:
The amounts in the Social Security (0392) infotype, Other employer (0002) subtype, of the employee exceed the limit defined by the W.F. contributions monthly limit constant. (SESTO).
You have not marked the Do not discount the social security limitcheckbox in the infotype.
In this scenario, to ensure that the AFIP does not reject the file, you can indicate that the report must change the value of the Welfare Fund Remuneration field to 0.01 instead of zero.

Run this Customizing activity and define the value of the REMOS configuration option according to the needs of your company. The possible values are:
Value 0 (zero): Whenever the value of the Welfare Fund Remuneration field is zero, the system maintains it with the value zero.
This is the value of the configuration option in the standard system.
Value 1 (one): Whenever the value of the Welfare Fund Remuneration field is zero, the system changes it to 0.01.
