Use
In this activity you can define how the system calculates the maternity remuneration in order to issue the employee declaration.
The system carries out this calculation in report Generation of employee declarations (HARCDGI0). The Maternity field at the report output corresponds to the basic remuneration multiplied by the number of days of maternity leave stated in infotype 0021.
The basic remuneration is obtained from the ordinary monthly remuneration adding to it or not the extraordinary remuneration. You can obtain the ordinary remuneration from wage type /003 (ordinary remuneration, monthly EE) or /004 (ordinary remuneration, daily EE). The extraordinary remuneration is obtained using the average of wage type /220 (variable remuneration).
In this activity you can define if the system calculates the average of wage type /220 based on the 3 last months or the 6 last months. This is defined using constant PROMA.
Requirements
In the previous activity Define inclusion of variable remuneration in maternity basic remuneration you have not changed the standard settings. The system adds the average of wage type /220 to the basic remuneration.
Standard settings
In the standard implementation, the system calculates the average of wage type /220 according to the last 3 months. The value of constant PROMA is 3 (three).
Activities
- If you want the system to calculate the average of wage type /220 according to the last 6 months, you have to change the value of constant PROMA to 6 (six).
- If you want the system to calculate the average of wage type /220 according to the last 3 months, you do not need to carry out any activity.
