Use
In this activity you define which absence type and category correspond to which employment situation code for employee declaration purposes.
In the employee declaration, the employer specifies the employment situations of an employee throughout the month, that is, if he is or was active, on holidays, sick leave and so on.
The employment situation codes are defined by the AFIP and, in the system, it is necessary to specify which type and category absence correspond to which employment situation code. The system uses these codes when generating the output of the Employee declaration generation (HARCDGI0) report.
Requirements
SAP delivers the standard setting in ARSIT feature and in its decision tree SAP specifies which standard absence types and categories correspond to which employment situation codes
For example, in the standard system, the absence category Maternity (3) corresponds to the employment situation code Maternity leave (5) of the AFIP.
