Use
In this activity you define the wage types that are included in the employee declaration, generated by the Generation of employee declarations (HARCDGI0) report.
Requirements
Standard settings
SAP delivers the standard setting in the V_T596I_AR view, partial application SICO.
Activities

In addition to the standard setting, you can include different wage types in order to adjust the data included in the HARCDGI0 report to the needs of you company.
If you want to include different wage types, run this activity following these steps:
- Specify the cumulation wage type.
The system reads the cumulation wage types created by SAP in view V_T596G.
- Choose the wage types that are going to be deducted or added to the cumulation wage type. Choose, a part from the wage types to be added and the ('+' or '-') operation, the field of the payroll result to take into consideration:
- Amount: (A)mount
- Number: (N)umber
- Rate: (R)ate
- Save your entries.
Example
In order to fill in the Compulsory collective life insurance field of the employee declaration, the system proceeds as follows:
- If a wage type of compulsory collective life insurance exists for the employee in the payroll period, this field is filled in with 1 (one).
- If no wage type exists, this field is filled in with 0 (zero).
In this activity, you specify which wage types the system has to read in this process, assigning them to the cumulation wage type SVCO.
You assign, for example, the customer-specific wage types Z001, Z002 and Z003. The employee only has Z002 in the payroll period. The employee declaration indicates 1 (one) in field Compulsory collective life insurance. The value of wage type is not relevant, the system only verifies if it exists.
