Use
In this activity you can define the way the system calculates the maternity remuneration in order to issue the employee declaration.
The system carries out this calculation in report Employee declaration generation - Version 32 (HARCDGI0). The Maternity field in the report output corresponds to the basic remuneration, multiplied by the number of maternity leave days specified in infotype 0021.
The basic remuneration is obtained from the ordinary monthly remuneration adding to it or not the extraordinary remuneration. You can obtain the ordinary remuneration from wage type /003 (ordinary remuneration, monthly EE) or /004 (ordinary remuneration, daily EE). The extraordinary remuneration is obtained using the average of wage type /220 (variable remuneration).
You can define if the system adds the wage type /220 average in the basis using the SESMD configuration option.
Requirements
Standard settings
In the standard implementation, the system adds the wage type /220 average to the basis remuneration. The value of SESMD option is 0 (zero).
Activities
If you DO NOT want the system to add the wage type /220 average to the basis remuneration, you have to change the value of option SESMD to 1 (one).
If you want the system to add it, you do not need to carry out any activity.
