Use

In this activity of the Implementation Guide you can determine whether to provide for the whole contingent of leave days or for the leave days not taken only. This is defined through the value of the PVNGZ constant.

Requirements

Standard settings

The standard SAP system provides by default, for the whole contingent of leave days (the value of the PVNGZ constant is, by default, 0 - zero). Therefore, if you also want to provide for the whole contingent of leave days, you do not need to carry out any activity to do so.

Activities

If you only want to provide for leave days not taken:

  1. Specify 1 in the field Valor of the constant PVNGZ.
  2. Save your entries.
