In this IMG activity you can determine how you want to obtain the days to be taken into account as vacation.

Standard settings

In the SAP standard system, the result of the calculation of days considered as vacation is always a whole number. The decimals of this number will be avoided.

Activities

If you want to obtain leave days as a whole number without decimals you should not carry out any activity.

If you want to obtain leave vacation as a decimal number:

  1. Insert 1 in field constant value PVDEC.
  2. Save your entries.
  3. Create a special quota for leave provision.
  4. Set a new quota so that it does not shorten the decimals when transfering days. This is carried out through the IMG activity, section Personnel time management -> Entry and time management -> Time account management with absence/presence quota -> Calculation of rights to absences -> Generation rules for absence quotas -> Set generation rules to select quotas.
