In this section of the implementation guide you must indicate whether you want to generate the right to complete holidays, from the first period of the year, or whether you want to generate it proportionally in accordance with each period of the year.
Standard settings
The standard SAP system is configured so that the vacation quota is generated proportionally in accordance with each period of the year.
Activities
To perform this activity:
- Enter one of the following values to the constant PVCOM:
- 1: The Company generates the right to full vacations from the first period of the year.
- 0: The Company generates the right to vacations proportionally in accordance with each period of the year.
- Save your entries.
Further notes
For daily wage workers, the vacation quota is generated only with the last payroll accounting of the month.
