In this IMG activity you can assign your severance pay groupings to the collective agreements your company works with. This will allow you to subsequently define your severance pay limits in a more detailed way.

Requirements

Before carrying out this activity you should:

  1. Define collective work agreements. To do so, follow the instructions set out in the implementation guide in section Payroll Argentina -> Severance Pay -> Settings by Severance Pay Type -> Severance Pay by Seniority -> Define collective work agreements.
  2. Create groupings for severance pay limits. To do so, follow the instructions set out in the implementation guide in section Payroll Argentina -> Severance Pay -> Settings by Severance Pay Type -> Severance Pay by Seniority -> Assign Collective Agreements to Collective Agreement Type -> Create Groupings for Severance Pay Limit.

  1. Select a severance pay grouping.
  2. Select a collective agreement.
  3. Save your entries.
