In this section you can indicate to the system whether or not you want
to use divisor 30 for all calculations within your Company.

Standard settings

In the standard SAP system you will find the option for using

divisor 30 activated, i.e., if you want to use divisor 30 for all company calculations you should not make any settings in the system.

Activities

If you do not want to use divisor 30 for all calculations within your Company:

  1. Copy the personnel calculation schema AR00 to a new schema, whose name falls within the range of customer names; for example, ZAR0.
  2. Copy the personnel calculation subschema ARPR to a new schema, whose name falls within the range of customer names; for example, ZARP.
  3. Change this new schema in the following way:
    1. Delete the asterisk (*) in column D line Payroll - Divisor 30 real.
    2. Enter an asterisk (*) in column D line Payroll - Divisor 30 days.

  • Save and activate this change.

  1. Incorporate this new changed subschema (ZARP) into the new payroll schema (ZAR0).
  2. Save your entries.

Note

It is important to bear in mind that the type of divisor selected in this activity affects all calculations within the company, unless you have chosen another type of divisor for calculating the annual extra payment SAC and/or Social Insurance deductions and contributions.

For further information on the type of divisor to use for calculating SAC, see the implementation guide, section Payroll Argentina -> SAC -> Define divisor type for SAC calculation.

For futher information on the type of divisor to use for calculating Social Insurance deductions and contributions, see the implementation guide, section Social Insurance -> Processes -> Define divisor type for calculating deductions and contributions.

Further notes

Use your own schema for all payroll you run.

For further information on copying schemas, see the extended help documentation for the transaction.
