In order to be able to use the employee services and pay statement report (HARCSRV0), you must first transfer the data and results of calculations performed using the previous system before starting to use the SAP payroll.

Requirements
Before you carry out this step, you need to transfer the HR master data. To do so, see the instructions set out in the Implementation Guide, section Personnel Administration -> Personnel Administration -> Tools -> Workbench: Data Transfer: HR Master Data.

Activities
Enter the following results into the standard SAP R/3 system:
- Gross amount for social insurance (wage type /102)
- Gross leave amount (wage type /104)
- Gross amount for ART (wage type /105)
- Gross amount for SAC for social security. (CC-nómina /115)
- Non-deductible SIJP credits (wage type /124)
- Time worked for Service Statements (wage type /239): For monthly-paid employees, you must enter the number of days worked in the period. For daily-paid employees, enter the number of hours worked in the period.
- Normal remuneration for contributions (wage type /380)
- Leave remuneration for contributions (wage type 381)
- ART remuneration for contributions (wage type /382)
- SAC remuneration for contributions (wage type /383)
Through the Absences infotype (2001), you should also report all the absences that should be deducted from the time worked for the services statement.
