In order to calculate leave due to industrial accident or disease correctly, you must transfer the data and results of calculations carried out using the previous system before you can start using the SAP payroll.
Requirements
Before you begin this step, you must transfer the HR master data. To do this, see the detailed instructions in the Implementation Guide, section Personnel management -> Personnel management -> Tools -> Workbench Data transfer: HR master data.
Activities
Enter the following wage types:
Wage type /W10: Value of IBD (basic daily amount) in previous month MOPREs
Wage type /221: Remuneration for IBD calculation for a period of one year, counted backwards starting from the period before production startup; excluding SAC payments and including SAC provisions
Wage type /218: Remuneration for IBD calculation for seniority of more than one year, excluding S.A.C. payments
Wage type /219: Average for IBD calculation for a period of one year, counted backwards starting from the period before production startup
You should enter these wage types in the system using the Implementation Guide, section Payroll Argentina -> Data transfer from external systems-> Wage types.
All of the wage types mentioned above make up the minimum information required to carry out the standard system calculation. If you have your customer-specific wage types that you use in your own calculations and that may affect future calculations, you can also enter them into the SAP system.
