To calculate the daily valuation basis of leave due to industrial accident or disease, the standard SAP R/3 system uses the following formula:
Valuation basis = Basic monthly earnings / Calendar days in month
Where:
The basic monthly earnings = Basic daily earnings * 30, 4
The basic daily earnings = Sum of pay over the last 12 months/
Calendar days corresponding to those 12 months.
Activities
If you want to use a different method for the calculations mentioned above, you should include function module EXIT_HARCALC0_003 of enhancement HRPC2901 in your project.
