To calculate the value of the MOPRE limit for wages, you have to calculate the amount of time worked by the employee.
For this worked time calculation, the standard system uses the following formula:
Worked time = Days in month - Leave days - Days for ART leave

If you want to use a mehtod other than the one proposed by the standard system to calculate the time worked in relation to the the MOPRE limit for salaries calculation, you should include function module EXIT_HARCSINC_002 of enhancenment HRPC2901 in your project and then change it according to your requirements.
