Use
In this IMG activity, you can specify the grace period of eligibility for education grant.
Education grant can be authorized if a child reaches the eligibility age within a certain period after the beginning of the academic year. This period is specified in months.
Example:
The school year begins in September 2001, and the child attains the eligibility age on December 1 of the same year. You have assigned a grace period of 4 months in this activity. In this case, the staff member is entitled to request advance or settlement of claim for the school year that begins in September 2001 and ends in June 2002.
Requirements
Standard settings
In the standard system, the grace period is set as 3 months.
Activities
- Overwrite the grace period in the value field with parameter EG_AGE_WITHIN.
- Save your entries.
