The setup has to be made for the following subtypes of social insurance:

  • Medical Insurance
  • National Pension
  • Employment Insurance
  • Workers' Compensation Insurance

Also, the setup has to be made for the following social insurance reporting status:

  • Acquired
  • Lost
  • Change

Standard settings

The standard SAP system contains entries that you can use.

Recommendation

For the National Pension and Employment Insurance, you do not need to change the standard settings. However, when the social insurance agency wants to report any other reasons, you have to add new entries.

Activities

To create new entries:

  1. Choose the appropriate subtype and social insurance agency.
  2. Choose New entries.
  3. Enter the social insurance reporting status code and description.
  4. Enter the SI code given by the social insurance agency and description.
  5. Save your entries.
