In this step, you make the default recruitment method to be used in the field Recruitment method under the tab Unemployment insurance in the Additional Personal Data infotype 0557.

Requirements

You must have maintained the recruitment method in the IMG step "Define Recruitment Method".

Standard settings

The standard SAP system contains the sample default setting for your reference. Make you own default setting accordingly.

The possible return values are:

  1. Public recruitment
  2. Public employment security office
  3. School
  4. By related person's introduction
  5. Others

Recommendation

Activities

For example, you want to create your own feature structure as the following:

  • Using Active employee as the employee group:
  • Using Monthly wage earner as the employee subgroup:
  • Value 3 School as the default recruitment method.

You create as the following:

  1. Expand the structure of feature 41RED, choose the top node and choose Create nodes. In the popup window, choose Field for decision operation and continue. In the following popup window, you choose Employee group item and click the Transfer button. Thus, you added the element Employee group to the feature structure.
  2. Choose the node Employee group and go to Create nodes, select Active employee in the popup window. Thus, you assign the Active employee as the employee group.
  3. Choose the node Active employee and go to Create nodes, repeatedly choose Field for decision operation and select Employee subgroup, click Transfer.
  4. Choose the node Employee subgroup and go to Create nodes , select Monthly wage earner.
  5. Choose the node Monthly wage earner and select Create nodes , in the popup window, you select the button Return value and continue. You enter the number 3, click Transfer.
  6. Save your entries.
