In this step, you check whether the wage types you want to use are permissible in both the Awards infotype (0183) and the Additional Payments infotype (0015).

When you create a payroll relevant award in the Awards infotype (0183), it initiates the creation of data set in the Additional Payments infotype (0015) that contains the award wage type as the additional payment. Thus the wage types you created in the Awards infotype (0183) should also be allowed to enter in the Additional Payments infotype (0015).

Check the standard entries. If you want to add a new wage type for the Awards infotype (0183), you proceed as follows:

  1. Select New entries.
  2. Enter the key of the wage type.
  3. Define the validity period.
