Use
In this Customizing activity, you create the role that you assign to the employee for executing the transaction (S_L4H_60400001) to call the report program Information of Employee-Related Data (RPLERDX0).

Activities
Copy the SAP sample role SAP_HR_99_ERD to your customer-specific role.
The procedure we recommended for using the employee information assumes that each employee receives access to the system to view his or her employee-related data. To do this, you assign this new role to the relevant user in accordance with the Communication infotype (0105).
Use the transaction Information of Employee-Related Data (S_L4H_60400001) for the authorization object Transaction Code Check at Transaction Start.
Maintain the authorizations for the authorization object HR: Master Data - Personnel Number Check (P_PERNR) by distributing the read authorization for all infotypes and entering the value I in the field Interpretation of assigned personnel number to ensure access for the user#s own personnel number only.
However, if you work with a single user that you assign to an employee when requested to do so by this employee, this user is to be assigned on an exact day basis using the Communication infotype (0105). The system issues an error message if there is a parallel assignment of the same user to different personnel numbers.
