In this step, you can view all IDocs and their respective status after they have been transferred from the SAP HCM system to the SAP Portfolio and Project Management system. You can do this in the SAP HCM system or the SAP Portfolio and Project Management system.

Activities
Check the status of the IDocs in the SAP HCM system or the SAP Portfolio and Project Management system.
In the SAP HCM system, each IDoc transferred to the SAP Portfolio and Project Management system should have the status value 3 (Data Passed toPort OK).
If there is an error, check the asynchronous RFC log (transaction SM58).
In the SAP Portfolio and Project Management system, each IDoc should have one of the following status values:
If the Inbound Processing option is set to Trigger by Background Program, each IDoc should have the status value 64 (IDoc Ready to Be Transferred to Application). For more information, see Customizing for ALE.
If the Inbound Processing option is set to Trigger Immediately, each IDoc should have the status value 53 (Application Document Posted). For more information, see Customizing for ALE.
If the IDoc status is 52 (Application Document Not Fully Posted), this is in order. In most cases, this is due to extra data that has been transferred from the SAP FI-CO system but cannot be created in the SAP Portfolio and Project Management system due to missing data. Refining the data distribution scenario should eliminate the problem.
You should examine IDocs with errors at the point where the error occurs. In some cases, you may only need to perform more Customizing. In other cases, data might be corrupt.
