Use
In this activity, you set the data retention levels for PDM.
Depending on the option selected in the previous activity, the data retention levels must be set for the PDM tables. If a global level was selected, the system will present one option which will apply to all tables. If, however, a group level was selected, you will be able to set different retention periods for each group and those retention periods will be applied to each table in those tables.
Note: The retention periods are defined in months, and in the case of a table that uses a split field that is a year, as opposed to a date, the number 12 should be specified and not the number 1, for the year.
