Use these tables as required to customize Upstream Graphics. Note that within each table there are columns entitled Additional Fields, which you can use to define new, unique features and options.
Graphical Views
The Graphical Views table contains the major components of Upstream Graphics, including the IDs and structures for fields, screens, and graphics.
The values that SAP originally delivers in the Graphical Views table are the standard settings for the standard graphical view. If you want to create another graphical view, you must change the values in the Graphical Views table as required.
Graphical View Configuration
In this activity you use the Allow field to define whether it is possible to create variants, and you use the Active field to either activate or deactivate a view.
Graphical View Object Sensitive Popup Config
In this activity you specify the object-sensitive popup menu that is activated with a click of the right mouse button.
Node Categories
In this activity you define the types of graphics that the system displays, such as measurement points and well completions.
You use the Node Ctg to define an entity to be made available on the Graphics Editor screen, and the Key Struct fields to define the criteria used to distinguish between different node types within a node category.
In the second Key Struct field you specify a unique key for an entity, such as a measurement point ID number for a measurement point entity.
Then you use the T, SymbolFile, and Node Ctg fields to determine a display format, a bitmap, and a description for a graphic. In the Popup Type field you specify the GUI status / menu to be activated as a result of a right mouse button click on the node category.
Valid Node Types per Node Category
In this activity you define which graphic and text formats are available and valid for each node category.
Node Cross Reference
In this activity you specify how each node type within a node category is represented. You represent each node type with characteristics such as a display format, a bitmap, and a description.
Further, you can use the Popup Type field to specify the GUI status / menu to be activated as a result of a right mouse button click for a specific node category / type combination. If you specify a GUI status / menu for a specific node category / type combination, it overrides the GUI status menu for the node category.
