In this IMG activity, you can add your own business associate address types, which allows you to define additional addresses for business associates (BAs).
In the standard PRA BA maintenance as it is delivered, you can enter one address per business associate. However, you might want to have more than one address per business associate. The reason is that, in certain business situations, you might want to have a BA have a delivery address that is different than the billing address. You might also want to have a separate address to which the balancing report is sent.
In this activity, you can define your own address types. When you add an entry in this IMG activity under Address Type Control Table, after you have saved that, your new entry will appear in the drop-down list box for the Address Type field on the Alternate Addresses screen tab on the BA Maintenance Screen (on the details screen within that transaction).
