The Remote Logistics Management (RLM) shipment receipt transaction adjusts the status of the shipment for which the receipt is processed. In this activity, you define the rules for setting the status, depending on the receipt of containers and deliveries within the shipment.

The shipment status may also be used to control whether a shipment may be processed by the shipment receipt transaction, by defining a minimum status for receipt.

Both the minimum status and the receipt status are defined separately for each shipment type that is registered with RLM.
