By using different subtypes in the infotype Addresses, you can assign different addresses to your employee. In this step, you determine which Address you want to be printed on the time statement formular.
Example
In addition to the employee's permanent residence, you can also store addresses for the employee's temporary residence or a mailing address. You can decide to always print the mailing address, if this has been stored in the system. On the other hand, you can stipulate that the employee's permanenet residence is output.

If you miss this step out, the system will automatically use the employee's main address for address editing.
