Use

In this customizing activity, you assign the attendance quota to a Training Type according to:

  • your employee subgroup and personnel subarea groupings for time quota types
  • the infotype where the quota is defined
  • the classification of the quota (current or planned)

Example

The French DIF (Droit individuel à la formation): employees of companies of more than 20 employees have a DIF quota that is increased by 20 hours each year within a limit of 120 hours. When an employee attends a training due to DIF, the quota decreases by the number of hours scheduled.
