Activities

In this step, you maintain the data of the absence pools that were created or maintained in the previous step. To this end, perform the following procedure.

  1. Execute this step of the Implementation Guide.
  2. On the subsequent screen, select the first absence pool for which data is to be administered, then choose Details.

    On the screen thereafter, enter the following data for that pool:
    1.     Under Low watermark, enter the low watermark that applies to that pool.
    2.     Under Min. balance, enter the minimum balance of personal absence hours that must be maintained by all donors to that pool.
    3. Select Save, then Back.
  3. Repeat step 2. until you have maintained the attributes for every hourly absence pool to be administered.
  4. Save your entries and proceed with the next IMG step.
