In this step, you activate the subschema and rules used to process cost allocation of employer contributions.

Standard settings

As delivered, the standard system uses subschema QPCD of payroll schema QP00 to process such allocations.

Recommendation

As with other standard schemata in the SAP System, we strongly recommend that you do not modify payroll schema QP00 to meet the needs of your enterprise.

Activities

  1. Execute this IMG step.
  2. On the subsequent screen, choose Find, then enter QPCD.
  3. To enable the system to perform cost allocation of employer contributions, activate the subschema by deleting the asterisk found under column D. To de-activate the schema at a later date, simply replace the asterisk.
  4. Save the schema, then exit the transaction.
