In this IMG step, you may maintain addresses for EEO complaint counselors, mediators and investigators.
This is utilizing the Central Address Management (CAM) functionality in SAP.
Example
Requirements
All central addresses maintained here are only for US Public Sector use, e.g. EEO complaints. For this reason, the address group is automatically defined as HRUS. Once you look up the address, the address group in the search criteria is set to HRUS and cannot be changed.

Recommendation
Even though maintenance of contact details is also provided within the infotype, it's strongly recommended that customers maintain their addresses in customizing.
