In this step, you assign a reporting unit number to each unit you have created in the previous step.

Once you have assigned a reporting unit number to each unit in your jurisdiction, the system can extract these numbers for later use during the EEO reporting process.

Activities

  1. Execute this IMG step.

  • Assign EEO Reporting Unit numbers
    1. On the following screen, select report indicator E only. Any other report indicator selected cannot be accessed by the system during the reporting process.
    2. Review any reporting unit numbers that may already exist in this table.
    3. If necessary, select New entries to enter additional reporting unit numbers.
    4. On the screen that follows, enter one of the five-digit address sequence numbers (created in previous Step). in the Address Seq. field.
    5. Now, assign a nine-digit number of your choice to this address sequence number. This is the number that will be extracted by the system during the EEO reporting process.
    6. Select Save.
    7. If necessary, select Next entry and repeat Steps 1d. through 1f. for each additional reporting unit number you require.
    8. Save all changes you have made, and exit the transaction.
