In this step, you define the addresses of the EEO Reporting Units that you created in the previous step. The addresses that you define here will be used during generation and submission of the EEO Report your jurisdiction requires. Furthermore, once you enter the addresses, they will remain stored in this table for use during future reporting processes.
Standard settings
As delivered, the table associated with this step contains four columns. The first and second columns, labeled Type and Address, allow for classification of all addresses found in the table. The third column, labeled Id., denotes whether the address entry is the name of a jurisdiction, a street address, a city/state/ZIP code entry, or a telephone number. The fourth column, labeled Address text, contains the actual address information.
Prerequisites
To execute EEO Reporting in the standard system, you may only use the following pre-defined values in the Id. column:
- Value Type of address
A Name of jurisdiction
B City
C Street address
D State/ZIP code
G Telephone number
Recommendation
For the sake of convenience, we recommend that you enter /E in the Type column for all EEO Reporting Units. We further recommend that you enter EEO4 or EEO5 plus a four-digit number in the Address column for all units.
Activities
- Execute this IMG step.
- Review any addresses that may already exist in this table.
- If necessary, select New entries to enter additional addresses.
- Save any changes you have made, and exit the transaction.
