In this step, you create EEO Reporting Units by assigning an address sequence number and title to them.

Activities

  1. Execute this IMG step, then choose the first activity:
    • Create EEO Reporting Units

  1. Review any reporting units that may already exist in this table.
  2. If necessary, select New entries to enter additional reporting units.
  3. On the screen that follows, enter a five-digit number of your choice in the Address Seq. number field. This is the address sequence number of the reporting unit you are creating.
  4. In the Rep. U. Title field, enter a title of your choice for the reporting unit.
  5. Select Save without entering a reporting unit address, since you will configure these addresses in the next IMG step. Any address entry that you make on this screen cannot be accessed by the system during the reporting process.
  6. If necessary, select Next entry and repeat Steps 1c. through 1e. for each additional reporting unit you require.
  7. Save all changes you have made, and exit the transaction.
