In this step, you assign the pre-defined occupational categories, which you reviewed in the previous step, to the jobs within your jurisdiction.

Prerequisites

To execute EEO-4 Reporting in the standard system, you must assign only categories 41 through 48 to your jurisdiction's jobs. For EEO-5 Reporting, assign only categories 51 through 59 and 5A through 5I.

Activities

  1. Execute this IMG step.
  2. On the screen that follows, select a job.
  3. Review the value assigned to that job under the column labeled EEO.
  4. If necessary, change this value to reflect the correct EEO assignment.
  5. Repeat steps 2. through 4. until all values have been reviewed.
  6. Save any changes you have made, and exit the transaction.
