Use

The tool is used to configure the fields used for the CPDF dynamic file. It allows the user to maintain the fields for the dynamic file on a single screen through dragging and dropping the PA infotype fields. The selected fields will be used in the output of the CPDF dynamic file.

Note: This tool only sets a pre-defined sequence number for each field. The user needs to go to the next tool Define Field Sequence for Dynamic File to define the desired sequence.

Requirements

The user must define the application for CPDF dynamic file before performing this task. A new application can be defined using IMG activity "Maintain CPDF Application"

The interface for this tool is almost identical to the one for configuration of Nature of Actions. Please reference "Actions Configuration" document under "Nature of Actions Processing" for the example.
