Use

The tool is used to configure the fields used for the CPDF status file. It allows the user to maintain the fields for the status file on a single screen through dragging and dropping the PA infotype fields. The selected fields will be used in the output of the CPDF status file.

Note: This tool only sets a pre-defined sequence number for each field. The user needs to go to the next tool Define Field Sequence for Status File to define the desired sequence.

Requirements

The user must define the application for CPDF status file before performing this task. A new application can be defined using IMG activity Maintain CPDF Application.
