In this step, you define taxability models describing each combination of type of payment, type of employee, and residency or work. Each combination determines a set of tax types to be used for the respective model.

Activities

  1. Enter the number describing the taxability model.
  2. Specify whether the model is applicable for residency, work or unemployment.
  3. Enter the tax modifier to specify the employee group for whom the model is applicable.
  4. Enter the taxability class of the model.
  5. Enter the tax type combination for the model.

Further notes

The default tax modifier for all employees is U1. If taxes are determined differently for groups of employees within your enterprise, you must maintain these groups in personnel calculation rule UMOT.
