Use
In this Customizing activity, you define which values are displayed in the value help for the Visa subtype field in the Residence Status (0048) infotype. Value help is the list of values that appears when the F4 button is pressed.
Requirements
You have defined all relevant visa subtypes in the previous Customizing activity, Maintain Visa Subtypes.
Standard settings
The value help for the Visa subtype field only shows values that are valid for the specific country.
If no entries have been maintained for a country in this view, the system considers all entries from the previous Customizing activity as relevant and displays them in the value help.
Activities
Execute this Customizing activity and proceed as follows:
- Review any visa subtypes that may already exist in the view.
- If necessary, choose New entries to enter additional visa subtypes that are relevant for the country and define the interval within which the visa status can be used.
- Save any changes you have made and exit the view.
