Use
In this step, you determine the parameters, which control the behavior of the pension fund module in the current client.
Standard settings
The following parameters are provided in the SAP standard system for processing.
Use application log (APPLOG) This parameter controls the way in which error logs are displayed in the pension fund module. The following values are permissible:
(Empty) (Standard behavior)
In this case, error logs are displayed in a dialog box as a tree.
'X'
The cross-application application log is used for displaying the error log.
Width of the ALV output in the universal evaluation (ALVWIDTH) This parameter controls the width (measured in characters) of the list output of the universal evaluation . The wider the output list, the more fields can be displayed on a line and the more fields can be displayed with the ALV overall. Enter a value between 80 and 1015.
COMMIT WORK after ... Personnel Number / Accounts (FIIFCOMMIT) This parameter controls after how many personnel numbers a COMMIT WORK occurs when transferring postings to Accounting and thereby the data is stored to the database. If the value is empty, no COMMIT occurs during the processing.
No default values for selection periods of the PNP (NODATEPROP) This parameter controls whether default values for the reference date in the universal evaluation and also for the end date of the data selection period are included.
(Empty) (Default behaviour)
The default values are set (for example, when calling the universal evaluation from the user interface)
'X'lication Log used.
No default values are set. The values stored in variants are not overwritten. Width is measured in characters.
No restriction of intervals for PNP selection (NOPNPIV)oll. Setting this parameter prevents the data records selected from the logical database (PNP) from colliding with the UI data selection period.
(Empty) (Default behaviour)
Only data records from the PNP are selected that encroach on the data selection period.
