Use
In this step, you can enhance the function for financing collective processing.
By activating this enhanced function, the new financing of the required funds is recalculated and the funds available are increased/ decreased accordingly, or the financing account assignments are adjusted. If the enhancement stays inactive, a check is carried out on the new financing to see which people and positions do not have sufficient funds. Overfinancing or financing from account assignments that were not proposed with the first financing because master data and /or Customizing was changed are not included (in other words, no financings are deleted).
Requirements
You use the HR Funds and Position Management integrated with Funds Management.
Standard settings
If you do not execute this step, the enhanced function stays inactive.
Activities
To activate the enhancement of the financing collective processing, execute steps start, activate enhancement and complete.
By deleting the 'Activate enhancement' indicator in step 'Activate enhancement', you can deactivate the enhancement again.
