In this step, you make the following customer-specific settings for infotypes:

  • Enter the screen number for the detail screen of the infotype if you do not intend to use standard screen 2000.
  • Enter the screen number for the list screen of infotypes if you do not intend to use standard screen 3000.
  • Specify whether text can be stored in an infotype.
  • Specify whether an infotype can be maintained using standard transactions.
  • If text can be stored in an infotype, specify how empty text lines should be handled.
  • Specify whether entries in table infotypes should be sorted.

Activities

  1. Choose New entries.
  2. Enter the number of the infotype for which you want to make settings.
  3. Enter screen numbers (if different from standard screens).
  4. Make any other settings you wish to make.
  5. Save your entries.
